We seek to establish ongoing relationships with our clients. This ensures that when IT issues arise in your business, you immediately have access to qualified IT personnel who have the expert knowledge of your network and who can get your system working again with minimum downtime. To strengthen our client relationships, our fees are structured to reward our regular clients and are tapered further for project works. We have ongoing service agreements in place with clients who understand the importance of the health of their IT networks, how valuable their data is, and how expensive downtime can be to their organisation. Our agreements range from periodic, ad hoc assistance to continuous monitoring and intervention to fully manage your network. We have a range of agreements available for on site and remote assistance, regular network maintenance, both on and off site, and for larger corporate clients for whom we provide tailored IT services.
